2. Not to modify, nor authorize any person or organization other than an intended end-user to modify, the licensed version(s) of Product MasterSpec documents. The intended end-user is a design or specification professional, who is entitled to make any desired changes to the Product MasterSpec documents to suit project requirements.
3. Nothing contained in Product MasterSpec is to be interpreted as a recommendation by ARCOM or AIA to use any material, product, manufacturer, process, system, or application.
4. To make no representation that your product or company is approved, endorsed, recommended or qualified by ARCOM or AIA because of your participation in Product MasterSpec, or for any other reason.
5. All distribution media, both print and electronic, will carry notice to the end-user of the terms of usage including copyright, notice that content is licensed by ARCOM, and notice that License is subject to expiration and revocation.
6. Participation in Product MasterSpec does not imply a current of future listing in underlying MasterSpec documents.
